Linux Systems Administrator, Linux Admin, Open source environment

INUITS is looking for a system engineer, with a strong experience on Linux administration.

You have worked in a development environment before, close to (Java) developers is certainly a plus. Real devops enthusiasts are most eagerly welcomed.

Your profile

    * 5+ years of linux administration skills with proven troubleshooting and optimization skills
    * Several years of experience working with open source virtualization tools like Xen and KVM
    * Experience working with Nagios, Cacti or other monitoring tools
    * Working experience in very large infrastructural environment
    * Excellent Linux Enterprise engineering skills
    * Excellent automation/scripting skills: Shell, Perl, Python
    * You're not afraid of Java, Ruby or any other programming language
    * You've experience with configuration management frameworks such as Cfengine, Puppet or Chef
    * You have a strong desire to automate an infrastructure
    * Terms like CI, CD, devops and tools like Jenkins, Vagrant, etc. are not new to you
    * Dutch or French mother tongue
    * English fluent
    * Solaris experience: Nice to have

    * Experience dealing with product owners/ development groups
    * Experience interaction non-IT departments
    * Experience in interacting with software developers, or having a software development background

Currently we are looking for PHP developers with an interest in Drupal.

    * are fully proficient in LAMP systems
    * have experience with Javascript, Jquery JSON, HTML and CSS
    * know how search works (Solr, ElasticSearch etc..)

    * Experience in open source projects
